Short conversations with which to present new product innovations, showcased at the expo, with a specific focus on the themes of Innovation and Sustainability: this, in brief, is the focus of the interviews given by companies at MADE expo.

Here are some of them in short, relating to the Building Envelope area

Sandrini Metalli: at Milan the company will present a recently introduced system known as SANDcustom. This is a service dedicated to the production of fully customizable metal profiles for architectural facade cladding. The new features are a range of products, each of which reflects a distinct theme and visual aesthetic. In particular Sandrini will unveil the second profile in the collection, which joins the inaugural Diamonds design, inspired by the luminosity of diamonds.

In terms of innovation, the company is embracing the potential of advanced technologies and investing in digitizing processes to improve overall efficiency. Sandrini is also committed to reducing the ecological impact of its products, and much of the company's energy needs are met by photovoltaic systems.

Pertici: At MADE expo Pertici will bring a new automatic system for pvc profiling in the shape of a high-performance product that meets the needs of window and door manufacturers who wish to have a higher production capacity. Also on display will be a new machine, specially designed to achieve "the perfect angle" in pvc welding, guaranteeing better window aesthetics.

The company has always focused on the technological development of new machinery with a view to innovation, and implements cutting-edge technologies that have as their ultimate goal the creation of higher-performance machines, aimed at encouraging process automation and increasing productivity. Energy saving and production efficiency are at the core of innovation policies.

PBFinestre: At MADE expo, the company will present three product innovations:

- FLAT 60mm Lift&Slide: the range of the FLAT line, the minimal and coplanar window available in 4 versions (all-wood, wood-aluminium, wood-aluminium BOLD and wood-glass), is completed by the 60mm thick Lift&Slide. The innovation lies in proposing a material and natural element, such as the wooden sliding door, for an ultramodern design.

- Home automation and custom-made entrance doors: the featured door at ME 2023 is new in terms of automation combined with window frames in order to achieve greater security, comfort and ease of use.

- MIT Pergola: the MIT Pergola is also being presented. This represents a new outdoor element, a solution for outdoor space that combines design and functionality in an innovative combination.

Innovation within PBFinestre follows three directions: design, home automation and performance.

Sustainability is at the core of the company's philosophy. Over time, they have implemented a series of policies and strategies to reduce the environmental impact of products and operations.
