With an increasingly vertical offer on show in the two Exhibitions, ME-MADE expo is warming up its engines for the next edition, scheduled at Fiera Milano, Rho from 15th to 18th November 2023.
Giving substance to the expo event first and foremost will be the growing number of exhibiting companies which, thanks to the variety and quality of the merchandise available, will offer the building community a wide range of useful solutions with which to tackle the many challenges awaiting the sector.
The undisputed stars of ME 2023 will in fact be products, materials and technologies, as well as services and cutting-edge solutions, developed with the aim of creating sustainable, energy efficient, less polluting, digital and technologically integrated buildings that can guarantee greater comfort and a higher quality of living.
Industry associations sponsoring the event will also be present at the show, including Assimpredil Ance, Assorestauro, Federbeton, Finco, Fondazione Promozione Acciaio, Unicmi and ISI-Ingegneria Sismica Italiana. Also contributing to the depth and dynamism of the event will be the presence of the GEE-Global Elevator Exhibition, SICUREZZA and SMART BUILDING EXPO which together with ME, all form part of MIBA-Milan International Building Alliance to offer an all-round view on the evolution of building, from design to materials, from plant engineering to indoor mobility, and construction automation and safety.
In addition to presenting the best of what's on offer for building, renovating and upgrading public, residential and commercial buildings, ME-MADE expo will feature a full calendar of events including workshops, thematic itineraries, exhibitions, networking and in-depth discussion spaces. Among the appointments not to be missed are those with Carlo Ratti and Winy Maas, top names on the world architectural scene and official ambassadors of ME, and on whom the Archibox virtual room will focus.
Anticipation is also growing for the other initiatives on the agenda. These include The Place To Build, the multidisciplinary pathway consisting of several meetings that will develop from the theme "Governing the complexity of the energy transition in construction"; the eighth edition of FEL, the exhibition event for colour and decor operators; the Design for circularity - Call for Challenges project, carried out in collaboration with the School of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction Engineering of the Milan Polytechnic; UNBUILT - Unrealized Projects, which in collaboration with Platform, will give visibility to the architecture of the unbuilt; RE-REgeneration|Real Estate, the cycle of 'episodes' dedicated to exploring the most pressing issues related to urban regeneration, and finally Relive 2023. UrbE-Scape, the workshop looking at new approaches and models for the regeneration of public space, without forgetting the ME Awards and the Start Up Zone.
