All the info to help you plan a successful exhibition!

There are lots of new functions available on your Exhibitor Portal:, so that you can make the most of participating in the exhibition:

• Compulsory Documents - to fill in the DUVRI/PSC and compulsory documents;
• Manage Digital Catalog (Expo Plaza) - to enter your catalog information and to access your Expo Plaza private area;
• Stand contractor appointment / upload stand plan - to upload and monitor the approval of the Stand project and to choose the Stand fitters.
  
• Purchase in Eservice - to access the e-store and purchase products and services;
  
• Customer Service - to open and monitor support requests;
  
• Enable your contacts at the Exhibition: in this section you can add and enable your contacts to access the portal

• Accreditation of Installers/Vehicle Details - it groups the links to the tools for configuring the access passes to the Event;
• Manage Account Statement and request Exit Pass - to view your statement of account and download your exit pass;
• Exhibitor Pass Tool - in this section you can view and activtate the exhibitor passes
• Customer Invitation System (SIC) - to manage client invitations 
• My Matching - find out who are the buyers present at MADE expo and arrange your meetings  (available soon)

The Technical Survey: you can find it at the top right under the indication of the Pavilion.

Remember to immediately enter your installation project (Exhibitor Portal – Enable Stand fitter and  upload Stand Project card) to allow you to check all parts of your project and receive Fiera Milano approval!

STAND SET-UP PROVISIONS

Documents with useful information on the technical aspects of the Fiera Milano Rho exhibition center and all the provisions to be respected for participation in the event and for the construction of the exhibition space, are available at the link https://exhibitors.fieramilano.it/en Technical documents - MADE expo 2023.

When setting up the exhibition space, it is necessary to respect and strictly adhere to the provisions of the General Regulations of MADE expo: you can find an extract of the articles regarding the provisions for the design of stands at this link.

The preparation of the exhibition areas must be completed no later than 02:00 p.m. on November 14th 2023. Only exhibitors are allowed to stay inside their booth until 6 p.m.

Your exhibit space will be provided with bare floor and no walls;  the perimeter of your space will be marked on the floor by Fiera Milano with tape and a tag will be attached to indicate your stand number.

ACCESS DURING THE ASSEMBLY AND DISSAMBLY DAYS

To access Fiera Milano exhibition center during the assembly and disassembly days you must accredit people and vehicles in the Exhibitor Portal -  Manage event Pass card - Pass for Persons and / or Vehicles during of mounting and dismantling and show the passes issued by the system.

ACCESS DURING EVENT DAYS

Exhibitor entrance 8.30 a.m.- 6.30 p.m. 

Only on 15 November, the Exhibitors are allowed to enter the fairgrounds at 8.00 a.m. 

Visitors: 9.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m.
