On your dedicated area of MADE expo website, MY MADE, you can:

  • personalize your page with your company logo, company description, youtube video Company presentation and your social network! 
  • You also have the chance to indicate your products and innovative solution on show at the fair by completing a product description for each product
  • After having created your information sheet, you can decide whether or not to include it in one of the Theme-based itineraries ( up to four themes per sheet) specifically produced to offer visitors a more effective and memorable trade fair experience and give greater visibility to your products: Technological innovation - Design - Sustainability, energy efficiency, circularity - Outdoor - Comfort - Safety/protection - Smart digital and connected -Ease and speed of installation 
  • manage your MADE expo 2019  invitations 


After the notification of assignment of exhibiting space at MADE expo 2019, all exhibitors will receive via e-mail from Fiera Milano (at the mail address indicated in the application form as Referent E-service) a link with username and password for accessing  the E-service.

Here you can:

  • Complete on-line compulsory documents (mandatory)
  • upload the stand project file (pdf or dwg) in the "Stand plan submission" area (mandatory)
  • book the additional services (telephones, faxes, internet connections, catering, ecological services, etc.).
  • access the tool Pre-registration vehicles:
    for the accreditation of personnel and vehicles for set-up and dismantling periods
    - create your car passes during the exhibition days
  • create your Exhibitors Badges
  • download the invoices relating to services purchased at MADE expo

Parking Passes and Exhibitor Passes

The number of passes and car park depends on the sqm acquired:


• stands up to 16 sqm: 6 passes

• stands from 17 to 50 sqm: 12 passes

• stands from 51 to 160 sqm: 25 passes

• stands over 161 sqm: 35 passes


• stands up to 63 sqm: 1 parking passes

• stands from 64 to 99 sqm: 2 parking passes

• stands from 100 to 199 sqm: 3 parking passes

• stands over 200 sqm: 4 parking passes

Exhibitors may request additional parking (until stock available) spots at the price of  € 75.00.

The new safety regulations enacted in 2018 relating to public events have led to an important change regarding the issuing of exhibitor passes and parking authorisation for exhibitor access during the days of the event.

Parking tickets will be issued through dedicated instruments managed by Fiera Milano where MADE expo is located and will NO LONGER be physically delivered by the MADE staff to the Service Centre.

From February 26th onwards Exhibitors who have paid the balance of their invoice for participating at the event prior to arrival will receive a link with which to print off entrance tickets in their own offices and avoid unnecessary waiting at the Service Centre.

Those who want to pay the balance at the event or who have paid the balance with a bank draft during the setting-up phase, must make the request at the event by presenting a copy of the receipt of payment at the MADE expo offices in the Service Centre.

For security reasons, the exhibitor passes must have the bearer’s name and parking tickets must display the relevant vehicle’s registration number.

Your exhibit space will be provided with bare floor and no walls;  the perimeter of your space will be marked on the floor by Fiera Milano with tape and a tag will be attached to indicate your stand number.

Are you organizing events and demos at your stand during MADE expo?

Send an email with details to : the appointments will be published in the general programme  of events on the site and included in the events and conferences brochure distributed free during the event (in order to be published in the brochure, information must be sent by February 15th 2019; after this date, the event will be included only in the site’s general programme).
