We would like to inform you that the Application Form for MADE expo, 5_8 October 2011, Milan Fairgrounds, Rho, Italy, must be submitted by no later than March 25th, 2011 to:

A security deposit must be paid when submitting the Application Form.
Consequently and together with the Application Form duly filled in, stamped and signed by the Company’s legal Representative, the following must sent to the above address:
a non-negotiable cheque made out to Fiera Milano Spa
or
a copy of the bank transfer bearing the CRO number (Money Transfer Control Number) confirming that the payment has been made by bank transfer to:

In case of the Company requesting the exemption of the VAT as per the law, art. 8/8bis/9 DPR 633/72, three declarations of intent must be issued, one to MADE eventi Srl, one to FIERA MILANO Spa and one to FASTWEB for any additional services and all three must be attached to the Application Form.
Additional information together with the codes needed for your participation will be e-mailed to your Company at a later date; in order to avoid any loss of data resulting in a waste of time and missed opportunities please fill in the blanks “e-mail for communications by Fiera Milano Spa” attentively entering the e-mail address of the person responsible for managing your participation in MADE expo 2011.
Under any circumstances and by the Show Rules and Regulations the Organizer has the sole right to finally accept any Application Forms.
